Terms and Conditions for Deep Cleaning Solutions

Welcome to Deep Cleaning Solutions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you are entering into a service agreement with Deep Cleaning Solutions. Our service includes the cleaning tasks specified in your booking confirmation and service package description.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2. Payment is required within one day after ordering service and can be made via Phonepe or cash.

2.3. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify clients of any changes before they take effect.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the scheduled service.

3.2. Deep Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

4. No Refund Policy

4.1. All payments made to Deep Cleaning Solutions are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been received — whether via Phonepe or cash — it will not be returned under any circumstances.

4.2. This no-refund policy applies to all service packages, including but not limited to one-time cleanings, deep cleaning services, and any add-on services.

4.3. In the event of a service-related concern or dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to reach out to us within the timeframe specified under our Quality Guarantee (Section 8). We will address the issue through a follow-up cleaning at no additional cost, but no monetary refund will be issued.

4.4. If Deep Cleaning Solutions is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to reasons on our end, we will offer a reschedule at a mutually convenient time. A refund will not be provided in such cases.

4.5. Clients who cancel their booking — regardless of the notice period — are not entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.

5. Service Expectations

5.1. Our cleaners will perform the tasks outlined in the service package you have selected.

5.2. Areas that require special attention should be communicated at the time of booking.

5.3. We strive to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services, but results may vary based on the condition of the premises before cleaning.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.

6.2. Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed from cleaning areas.

6.3. Clients should inform us of any special instructions, areas to avoid, or specific cleaning products to use or avoid.

7. Damage and Liability

7.1. Deep Cleaning Solutions carries insurance to cover potential damages that may occur during service.

7.2. Any claims of damage must be reported within 3 hours of service completion.

7.3. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from improper installation of items
  • Damage to items that were not properly secured
  • Issues arising from client's failure to disclose relevant information

8. Quality Guarantee

8.1. We offer a 5 star satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within this period, and we will arrange for a follow-up cleaning at no additional cost.

8.2. The follow-up cleaning will address only the issues reported in relation to the original cleaning.

9. Health and Safety

9.1. Our staff adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.

9.2. Clients must inform us of any health or safety concerns at the premises.

9.3. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

10.1. We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information collected will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Service Providers

11.1. All cleaning professionals are employees/independent contractors of Deep Cleaning Solutions.

11.2. Our staff are trained, background-checked, and insured.

12. Account Deletion

12.1. Registered users may request permanent deletion of their account and personal data at any time via the profile page.

12.2. A 7-day grace period applies from the time of the deletion request. During this period, the user may cancel the request. Once the 7 days have elapsed, deletion is permanent and irreversible.

12.3. During the grace period, the user's ability to place new orders and submit enquiries will be suspended.

12.4. Order records will be retained after account deletion for legal, accounting, and business compliance purposes. Personal identifying information will be disassociated from these records.

12.5. This feature is provided in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.

13. Modifications to Terms

12.1. Deep Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12.2. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

12.3. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
